Notice of Fee Increase:

Please note that effective June 1, 2024, for new and returning clients, session fees are increasing.  The fee for a 60 minute session will increase to $132.75 + Harmonized Sales Tax = $150.

Also starting June 1, 2024, the fee for continuing clients will increase immediately, or with a graduated plan, to $150 by December 31, 2024.  We will look to discuss and create a graduated fee increase plan, options and solutions that will work best for you.

E-mail transfer or cash is accepted for payment.

Cancellations and Refunds

To maximize the effectiveness of your psychotherapeutic services, it is recommended to make counselling a priority and to not cancel sessions except in cases of illness or emergency.

Please note that clinical time has been reserved specifically for you and that 48 business hours in advance of your appointment is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  With this notice, you will not be charged your regular session fee.

Thank you for respecting our appointment time.

In case of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, I will attempt to fill the time slot from a cancellation list. If this is successful, I will not charge for the cancelled session.

Should I not be able to fill the time slot, I will charge the full fee for the cancelled session and consider it due within one week of the originally scheduled session.

If you do not present for a mutually agreed upon scheduled session, the session fee is due in full within one week of the originally scheduled session.
